Homewood Suites by Hilton Asheville-Tunnel Road

My wife and I stayed in a suite with a single king bed. The room was wonderful. Specifically, it was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable (not too hard). The layout of the room was nice as we didn't come close to feeling crowded. There's a small kitchen area, sitting area with a couch, and a desk with comfortable office chair. The service was friendly and when we arrived there was a signed card with a goody basket wishing us a happy anniversary. I definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful , spacious room! Wonderful and helpful desk clerks. The breakfast staff was very friendly, but we were a bit disappointed in the offerings. This was a very enjoyable stay. Our group had three rooms and we all agreed there really needs to be better signage to the elevators. Maybe some signs on the long hallways and at the end of the hallways?

Spacious & clean rooms. Everything was in good working condition. Biggest issue was noise. They put us in a room across from several rooms with dogs that were barking early morning. I wish there was a way to seperate rooms with noisy pets from other guests. This may not be the best hotel for you if value quiet. But good value for the price.

Of all of the hotels I have been to in my very long, well traveled life, I have never been to a hotel with a better, well trained, well cross-trained, friendly, efficient staff! From the parking lot to checkout, we were greeted by every person we encountered. Not only were we greeted, but we were greeted with enthusiasm (especially from Karen). I have spent decades in retail management/training and hospitality. I recognize a wonderfully trained staff. What is rare about this crew is that they all said that they are happy working with each other and for the company. Kudos to a manager/owner who has built a team that works together and enjoys working together. Hilton should take notice because Hampton Inn in Carlisle, NY could benefit from employee and management/owner retraining! I am booking all of my return travel overnights at Homewood Suites to see if there are any others out there that compare. SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO SHARIKA AND KAREN!!!! What a delightful team of enthusiastic, outgoing employees!

Checked in late this afternoon, and I must say my family and I are extremely pleased. The young lady at the front desk is amazingly pleasant and helpful. This property is very clean, even down to the elevators. The pool and hot tub are very clean and refreshing. Rooms are super clean and awesome view of the mountains. You can definitely tell that the entire staff here takes pride in what they do. Job well done!! Thank you. Recommend this property 100%, and we will for sure be back.

I can't remember the last time I've given a hotel stay all 5 stars!! We actually left the Residences at Biltmore resort to come here and finish our remainder days of our summer vacation! Everything was spectacular! From the ladies at the front desk, night management & reception hour staff, housekeeping everyone is AMAZING!! I enjoyed the complimentary snacks in our premium room. Everything was clean and well stocked. This a hidden jewel🏔️🧳... Great breakfast as well! If the employees are in such great spirits then certainly the management is amazing!! Kudos to the entire Homewood suites staff 👏🏽
